Did anyone ride at Castlewood or Lost Valley over the weekend? I'm thinking I might head out there tomorrow since I have the day off for MLK, but not if it's super muddy.

Every trail including the KATY will be a soft sloppy mess. We had one really hard freeze and now the thaw is happening. Time to take the bike in to your friendly bicycle shop and have them give the bike the TLC it deserves.

I jogged on some of the gravel "single track" in Forest Park yesterday. It was super soft and squishy. I imagine all gravel trails in the area will be the same.

I stayed home and gave my giant some much needed TLC like rockbreaker said. I bought a new 952 XTR bottom bracket over the holiday for $20. [:D] and it fit perfect! Yay!
Downhills are fun! Uphills keep you young!

Katy and Hamburg were very, very soft on Saturday. No fun whatsoever.
