West Tyson side was mostly good, especially early on. Softened up a bit in several places even with the subfreezing temps. Was trail running so only explored the Chubb trail till the last switch back before the bottoms.

A few places will definitely benefit from some tred loving but they were mostly frozen today.

Lone elk side was a mess. The horses have done a number on it. It was almost painful to ride it. It did get better as I got closer to west Tyson side. If it wasn't frozen, it would have been unridable from all the post holes. Don't recommend starting at lone elk.
