Waited until this afternoon for things to dry. Trail was awesome and sticky, super fast going downhill. A few mucky spots, but I don't even need to wash my bike.

There is a very large tree across Chubb, maybe 1/4 mile or so down from the picnic table on the West Tyson side. It's at the hairpin turn between the new route around the steep loose hill and the picnic table.

Did not ride Flint Quarry, but talked to a hiker and he said it was clear.

Maybe I can check it out next weekend if time permits.

Rode Chubb yesterday and the tree TenBeers mentioned is indeed a very large one and has a fully developed go around trail now. There is also a "widowmaker" near the second set of tracks (closest to Lone Elk) and a large downed tree near the same spot. All three will require a chainsaw and the widowmaker looks pretty dangerous - about a 10 inch diameter snag hanging about 4-5 feet off the trail and bound in branches on both sides of the trail. Flint Quarry is clear and the trails are all in supreme condition other than the snags.
