IMBA has created a poster depicting the steps involved in developing a new trail.

This
answers a lot of questions that appear on the message board from time
to time about what it takes to get a new trail put in somewhere. If it
doesn't answer yours, feel free to ask here.

Part of forest 44, heavy equestrian use, not sure land agency but next door to equestrian farm, same one that goes under highway and rides into Chubb

Borders---> MDC LAND, talked with the area manager about 3 years ago prior to the State's 10 year plan survey being sent out.  He felt there were enough bike trails with CHubb-CW-GF in the area.
