Part of forest 44, heavy equestrian use, not sure land agency but next door to equestrian farm, same one that goes under highway and rides into Chubb

Borders---> MDC LAND, talked with the area manager about 3 years ago prior to the State's 10 year plan survey being sent out. He felt there were enough bike trails with CHubb-CW-GF in the area.

Are there horse/hiking trails on it or is it undeveloped?
