Finally having enough time to devote to this task after a few years of thinking about it, I've added the ability to schedule reminders for all our trail building AND the St. Charles Moonlight Rides sign ups.
Meaning you shouldn't have a "I forgot" excuse... provided you don't dump GORC straight into your trash hole. :)
Default setup is 2 days prior for now. We can also send out cancellation notices, too. But we hardly cancel ;-)
I've also changed the "Register Now" to "RSVP Now" since that just sounds happier n nicer. Register Now sounds like a dentist appointment. Oh the little things in perpetual tweak mode.
Of course, if you checked the "do not subscribe" box when you first registered then you won't receive any of these notifications.
To change that-->
Login to website (not the forum!)
Go to Account Info (should be the screen that refreshes when log in OR if you are already logged in -> upper right blue box (Account Info)
Scroll to bottom-->Edit Additional New Member Info
Find "do not subscribe" chekcbox and UNCHECK it.
Save
All Good
