Didn't see any bad damage but there were clearly equestrians on Al Foster from Sherman to Castlewood. Horseshoe tracks everywhere. Am I missing something or are horses now authorized to use Al Foster in that area?

Horses are not allowed on Cedar Bluff in Castlewood and Al Foster, many equestrians live in and around Castlewood,

The horses on Cedar Bluff and, to a lesser extent Al Foster, have been a problem for years. Unfortunately, despite polite education from riders, they continue to use the trails. The best thing you can do when you encounter this is to call the ranger station at 636-227-4433. I would like to state that the equestrian center next to the Kaes house has not typically been the culprit. It's actually homeowners from east of Cedar Bluff that have been seen.
