Thanks for the posting Karen, In addition to the Squealer there is now a 33 mile event The Pork Chop, same day, same promoter, shorter miles.

Does anyone have information on how the team event is run for the Tracks N Treads Biathlon?   Do both participants have to run?  Or does one person run and the other ride?   I searched their website but could not find any information.

Thanks, Twister.

JT, I have done the duo before and NO, you don't both have to run. Did a solo last year though so I did the run and the ride. The ride part was a lot different (read more intense)after running compared to doing the duo. Hopefully there isn't a trail troll out there this year sabotaging the course with logs and other debris.

Thanks Jason.   I plan on doing this with my wife running and I will do the ride.

The year I did it (2013 or 14), someone took down a section of race tape which caused a bunch of us to run extra mileage.   It was a fun race though.
