Hello Everyone,

 

This is the forum thread to stay connected about our after work mini-build series happening on Thursdays at Rock Hollow. Keep tabs on cancellations (weather) and other updates.

 

Place: Rock Hollow Trail South East side

 

When:
Sept 7,14,21,28
Oct 5,12,19,26

 

Weather: if we have to cancel we will post on the GORC Forum or STL Mountian
Bikers on Face Book

 

About 1.5 miles from either Ridge Meadows Elem or Glencoe / Al Foster Trail
Head. From Al Foster is a little shorter distance.

 

Time: 4:00pm to approx. ...7:00pm or later depending on light
Come for whatever time you can help. We will be concentrating on doing
specific points along the Trail. We will connect the points during a Trail
Build. Please ride you bike in unless you want to walk in GORC will have the tool trailer there.
Standard info: Boots, safety glasses, gloves, fluids.

Location of the area we'll be meeting in to continue working on the sweet tight spot turn.

We are working North of here trying to push the Trail surface to the South to connect to the Chute. We have only been getting 18 to 20 people show up on Thursday Evenings. Each week we will lose time to the setting sun. We could really use more people showing up.
