I am new to the St. Louis area MTB scene after a long biking hiatus, but i have hiked many of the Conservation Area trails. I have rarely scene bikes on these trails, yet i could not find any information that expressly forbid multi use of the trails.

Specifically, can bikes use the trails at Young's, Glassberg, and/or Labarque Creek Conservation Area's?

I will continue looking into this topic and hope you wise people can help.

Thanks for your time.

I have found a clear answer.

3 CSR 10-11.130 Vehicles, Bicycles, Horses, and Horseback Riding - states "Bicycles are permitted only on designated multi-use trails and on roads open to vehicular traffic, unless otherwise posted."

Seems like a waste of some great trails that receive very limited foot traffic.
