I am looking for some instruction on mountain biking.  I bought a decent bike but need help with the basics of riding it.  I am looking to learn body position, jumps, and overall not how to hurt myself when I’m heading down hill quickly.  Let me know if this is something you can help with and how much it will cost me, along with what location.

Yes, I will also recommend Roots. Jay is awesome and is doing great things for the MTB community.
