What: The Spring 2018 Quail Ridge Trail Build Day

Where: Meet at Shelter #1 (make the 1st left after entering the Park, and follow the GORC/SCCP's signage).  We'll walk to the work site from there.  Google Map Link; https://goo.gl/maps/nwHtJGXDCdo.

When: Saturday, April 21, 2018  from 9:00~1:00.

Why: We will be performing maintenance on the east side trails (deberming, opening drains, etc).

Got Q's?: Please read the link to pilznr's "What to expect at a Trail Build Day" - http://forum.gorctrails.com/index.php/topic/2265-what-to-expect-at-a-trail-building-day/.  Or, post up here, and we'll do our best to answer things for ya.

Weather: the decision to cancel will be made by SCCP's and posted on the Trail Hotline (636-707-0011, click the programs prompt), so if there is any doubt, please check there before heading out. We will do our best to update the forum/Twitter, but that will rely upon available cell coverage.

Please RSVP via;

A couple updates ...

If you are traveling West on I-70, please continue to Highway Z, Exit 209 (Exit 210A from Westbound I-70 to Eastbound 64/I-40 is closed).

Take a left (southbound) at Z, go < .5 mile before turning left onto Interstate Drive (Mobil On the Run on your right just before the light).

Stay on Interstate Drive for ~ 1 mile, before turning right into Quail Ridge Park (long time park visitors now know where that dead end road ended up going).

ALSO, we have 20+ scouts signed up, so you have the chance/opportunity to dip you toes into the "crew lead" position, if you were ever interested in such a thing.
