Location: Greensfelder Park
Build Plans: We will hopefully finish up building the half-mile Scenic Overlook Connector trail. It will connect the Scenic Overlook with Eagle Valley using a portion of the Beulah trail. Trail work includes building a short crib wall, building out the entrance/exit connection points and fine-tuning 3 climbing/bermed turns.
To ensure the project is completed on time, we need to get some veteran trail builders in the mix, especially for the climbing turns!
Directions: Greensfelder Park, Allenton Rd. behind Six Flags. NOTE: Park at the Beulah Shelter located about a half mile down Scenic Loop Road - the road inside the park.
What to bring: Gloves, Sturdy shoes, eye protection, and something to drink on the trail.
Lunch will be provided by St. Louis County Parks.
