When:  Sunday 10-27-19 Hit the trail at 8:00 am  - Hiking in

A small group of GORC folks will be scouting and planning for trail reroutes / repair for the Nov 9, 2019 Workday.

We will be relatively close to the parking lot looking at the Fall Line section CW out of parking lot. If there is time we'll check out another area for possible reroute.

All are welcome to tag along and see what's into trail design.  Note: This is not a SCCP sponsored event so there will be no lunch provided.

Weather looks to be good tomorrow.

We preliminary flagged in an amazing reroute this past Sunday. This coming Sunday November 3rd, we will be out there again for the final flagging and surveying.

We are planning to add some features on this section including armored banked turns similar to what GORC has put in at Bluffview and rollers.  There are no switchbacks required but we have the large stone ready for use at Matson. If you have the experience with setting stones and trail design, please come out and help us plan this awesome reroute. We will be there at 8 am.

You can help us and then go to the Celebrity Bartender Event at the Good New Brewing Company in Defiance. It's chilly out so you shouldn't smell too bad ; )

Bring some water and a snack.
